Nor Cal Dirt Dogs

DIRT DOG ATHLETE?
Each player will be obligated to:
1. Attend Practice
2. Be respectful of teammates and opponents

Parents must commit to having their athlete arrive on time for all practices and games.
WHAT IS THE
DIRT DOG PROGRAM?
This program is designed for the serious softball player and will require significant time and energy. Nor Cal Dirt Dogs is not a recreational program and athletes are not guaranteed play time, however all athletes will receive an opportunity to play through out the season. While the vast majority of the teams tournaments will be played locally our team will play in tournaments out of town as well. While Nor Cal Dirt Dogs encourages athletes to play other sports we ask that Dirt Dogs Softball come first and all athletes are expected to be at all team functions.
DO THE DIRT DOGS
Nor Cal Dirt Dogs has open try-outs every December for our Spring-Summer season and then again in August for our Fall season. Please check our site in November and July for try-out details. You can also contact the organization or a Team for private workouts.
WHAT IS EXPECTED
OF A DIRT DOG PARENT?
Parents must commit to having their athlete arrive on time to all practices and games. Parents must maintain positive parental support during all team activities. Positive, open communication is encouraged with in the team and organization.
The Nor Cal Dirt Dog program is not for everyone. The players will be selected through a try-out/ application process, in which players must sign a contract with Nor Cal Dirt Dogs Softball.
